Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage client relationships, understand their requirements, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, requirements, and concerns.
Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Regularly follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects and services.
Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure timely delivery of services and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling and cross-selling prospects.




Prepare client reports, updates, proposals, and presentations when required.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.
Track client feedback and share insights with the management team.
Support business development and client retention initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Client services: 1 year (Required)
