Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate patient bills, processing insurance and cashless billing, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth billing experience for patients. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate accurate OPD, IPD, Emergency, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Radiology bills.
Verify patient details and ensure all services are billed correctly.
Process advance payments, discharge billing, refunds, and final settlements.
Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, laboratory, and insurance/TPA teams for billing requirements.
Prepare and process insurance and corporate billing documents.




Resolve patient billing queries professionally and promptly.
Reconcile daily collections and maintain billing records.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, billing procedures, and applicable statutory regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in hospital or healthcare billing
Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and billing software is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Good communication, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
