Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role requires expertise in handling lateral, support and contract hiring while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment - C2H for clients , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking) to attract top talent.




Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and timely feedback.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an C2H Recruiter, with strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring setting.
