Job Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager at Pyramid Plazaa will support the Sales Manager in driving sales for commercial and residential projects, managing channel partners, handling client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, site, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Assist in achieving monthly sales follow-up's of walkins for residential and commercial projects
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and follow-ups.
Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation clearly to clients
Support negotiations and deal closures under guidance of the Senior Management.

Channel partners &Broker; Management
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers.
Share inventory updates, offers, and project details.
Track broker leads and ensure timely closures.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects and existing clients
Ensure smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with marketing for lead management from digital platforms and portals
Maintain daily sales MIS, lead status, and follow-up reports
Provide sales performance updates to management





Site & Team Support
Ensure proper sales presence at site and office
Assist in training junior sales executives
Support site-level sales activities and promotions

Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Positive understanding of real estate sales processes
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic reporting

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate preferred
3 years of experience in real estate sales
Experience in commercial and residential projects is an advantage.
