Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
PMO Support & Governance
Support project planning, execution, and governance processes.
Track project deliverables, milestones, and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Prepare executive dashboards, project health reports, and governance packs.
Ensure compliance with organizational PMO standards, processes, and templates.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
Design and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and resource utilization.
Perform trend analysis, root cause identification, and scenario modeling.
Partner with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers,



and leadership to drive decision-making.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in PMO, project reporting, or data analytics roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Technical Skills (Preferred Tools Experience)
Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar.
Data Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Data Handling: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas), SQL.
Presentation & Documentation: MS PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
