Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business, manage existing customers, generate sales leads, and achieve assigned sales targets through field visits and market development.

Key Responsibilities
Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, contractors, builders, and other potential customers.
Generate recent leads and develop new business opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
Identify new markets and potential business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with the internal sales, warehouse, and service teams for order execution.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, orders, and follow-ups.




Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Valuable knowledge of local market and customer handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate
1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC, electrical equipment, home appliances, or manufacturing.
Experience in dealer/distributor sales will be an advantage.
Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
