Job Location : Muscat

1.Sales Leadership: Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving monthly/annual targets.

2.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Oman/Muscat and surrounding FMCG markets.

3.Distributor Management: Experience handling distributors, dealers, retailers and modern trade.

4.Team Management: Ability to recruit, train, motivate and monitor sales staff.

5.Target Achievement: Robust track record of delivering sales targets and improving market share.
Market Expansion: Ability to identify current customers, distributors and business opportunities.
Collections: Must have strong control over outstanding payments and credit management.
Reporting: Valuable knowledge of sales reporting, MIS, target tracking and basic Excel.
Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Field Orientation: Should be comfortable spending significant time in the market with the sales team.

11.Discipline & Accountability: Strong follow-up, reporting discipline and ownership of results.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
