Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Café Incharge to manage end-to-end outlet operations. The candidate will be responsible for staff handling, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards at the outlet level.

Key Responsibilities:
Outlet Operations
Handle complete day-to-day operations of the café
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards
Team Management
Supervise kitchen helpers, service staff, and billing executives
Prepare duty rosters and manage attendance
Train new staff as per Tea Talkies SOP
Monitor staff discipline and performance
Sales & Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Handle customer complaints effectively
Drive daily sales and achieve outlet targets




Upsell products and promote combos/offers
Inventory & Cost Control
Monitor stock and coordinate replenishment
Reduce wastage and control food cost
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily sales and operational reports
Ensure billing accuracy and cash handling
Follow company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in café / QSR / restaurant industry
Experience as Supervisor / Shift Incharge preferred
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Basic knowledge of POS billing systems
Ability to manage high-pressure, quick-paced environments

Strong communication (Tamil mandatory, basic English preferred)

Time management and multitasking

Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
