Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Promote and sell Website Development, Software Solutions, SEO, SMO, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and other IT services.
Communicate with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly to convert them into clients.
Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Coordinate with the technical, development, design, and SEO teams to understand project requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify recent business prospects and generate repeat/referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated about IT services, market trends, and competitors.
