Core objective

Build Decorguys into a solid, recognisable home-interiors brand while creating a predictable flow of qualified leads and revenue through digital marketing, content, performance marketing and brand-building activities.

Key responsibilities

Strategy
Develop monthly and quarterly marketing strategy.
Define target customer segments and campaigns.
Create marketing funnel from awareness → enquiry → site visit → proposal → booking.
Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.

Agency management
Manage the digital marketing agency.
Manage photography/videography agency.
Set briefs, deadlines and deliverables.




Review campaign performance and creative quality.
Hold agencies accountable for agreed KPIs.

Content & Brand
Plan monthly content calendar.
Project photography and videography.
Client testimonials.
Before/after content.
Founder-led content.
Project walkthroughs.
Reels and educational content.
Case studies.
Website content coordination.
Maintain consistent Decorguys brand identity.

Performance marketing
Monitor Meta/Google campaigns.
Track CPL and qualified-lead cost.
Analyse campaign quality.
Identify high-performing campaigns.
Work with agency to optimise campaigns.

Analytics
Every week, report:

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
