Billing & Certification: Prepare client RA bills and verify/certify subcontractor or vendor bills based on joint site measurements.
Quantity Surveying: Take off quantities from architectural and structural drawings, prepare measurement sheets, and build BOQs.
Rate Analysis & Variations: Draft rate analyses for extra items, track project variations, and manage deviation statements.
Cost Control & Material Reconciliation: Track actual site expenditures against budgets and reconcile material consumption with theoretical quantities.
Documentation & MIS: Maintain measurement books, bill trackers, reconciliation statements, and submit management progress reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
