We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive – B2B E-Commerce to develop and manage B2B sales through online platforms, generate recent business opportunities, and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other business customers in the Agrochemical/Pesticide industry.

Key Responsibilities
Generate B2B sales through e-commerce platforms, digital channels, and direct business communication.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional customers.
Handle incoming B2B enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Store, and Logistics teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain customer and sales data in CRM/ERP/e-commerce systems.
Monitor pending orders, payments, dispatches, and customer queries.




Develop long-term relationships with B2B customers and improve repeat business.
Track competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper follow-up for payment collection in coordination with the Accounts team.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent Agriculture-related qualification.
Experience: Proven experience in the Agrochemical/Pesticide Industry is required.
Candidates with experience in B2B Sales, Dealer/Distributor Sales, Agrochemical E-Commerce, or Agricultural Product Sales will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of agrochemical products, dealer handling, customer relationship management, and sales processes.
Positive communication, negotiation, follow-up, and target-achievement skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
