Role 1 : Business Development Manager – Experienced (B2B Sales)

Target Candidates: 2 to 5 years’ experience specifically from Corporate Gifting, Offset/Digital Printing, Signage, OOH Advertising, or Packaging industries.
Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 to ₹55,000 per month (₹5.4L to ₹6.6L LPA) + Aggressive Incentives.
Role Type: On-field Corporate Client Acquisition & Account Management.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Revenue Generation: Leverage existing and Current corporate networks to bring in high-value branding, printing, and corporate gifting projects.
B2B Client Pitching: Meet Procurement Heads, Admin Managers, and Marketing Leads across Bengaluru tech parks to pitch turnkey project management solutions.
End-to-End Account Ownership: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation, technical requirement gathering, sample approvals, and pricing negotiation to final closure and payment collection.
Project Delivery Liaison:



Coordinate closely with internal production and design teams to ensure execution matches client specifications.

Profile Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years of mandatory B2B sales experience in relevant domains (Printing, Corporate Gifting, Ad Agencies, Events and Exhibition or Office Supply Contracts).
Skills: Proven track record of hitting monthly/quarterly sales targets. Exceptional corporate presentation and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for active daily client meetings across Bengaluru corporate hubs.
Languages: Fluent in corporate English; working knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an added advantage.
