New Fleet Solutions manages daily accounting workflows, supervises financial record-keeping, oversees US payroll and invoice dispute resolutions, and ensures compliance with internal controls. The role requires strong proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP payroll systems, and Amazon DSP accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision: Lead, guide, and mentor accounting team members to maintain high accuracy and output.
Operations Management: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Fleet Accounting & Disputed Invoices: Handle fleet invoice validation, resolve specialized disputes, and manage database validations.
Payroll Processing: Oversee US payroll cycles, bonuses, and driver incentive computations via ADP or Paycom.
Compliance & Reporting: Support month-end close processes, tax prep work, and adherence to internal financial controls.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 years of qualified accounting and bookkeeping experience, with prior lead or supervisory background.




Domain Knowledge: Preferred exposure to Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) accounting models.
Software Skills: Hands-on expertise using QuickBooks (or QBO) and ADP Payroll.
Technical Skills: Robust command of Microsoft Excel, accrual accounting methods, and financial reporting.
