Job Title: Office Boy

Department: Administration / Operations

Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Officer

Job Summary

The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, supporting daily office operations, and assisting staff with routine administrative and office-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving office supplies and materials.
Monitor and replenish pantry, stationery, and cleaning supplies.
Run official errands such as banking, courier services, and document delivery.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks as assigned.
Ensure office equipment and facilities are kept clean and organized.
Report maintenance issues and supply shortages to management.




Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior at all times.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.
Honest, punctual, reliable, and well-organized.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
Full-time position.
May require standing, walking, and carrying supplies for extended periods.
Indoor office workplace with occasional outdoor errands.
