Job Description

Sujatha School, Moinabad, is looking for an experienced and passionate Geography Teacher to teach Classes 9 & 10 (ICSE Board). The candidate should have strong subject knowledge and the ability to effectively prepare students for ICSE board examinations.

Key Responsibilities
Teach Geography for Classes 9 & 10 as per the ICSE curriculum.
Prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
Prepare students for ICSE Board examinations with a focus on concepts, map work, and examination techniques.
Conduct regular tests and evaluate student performance.
Maintain proper academic records and student progress reports.
Use innovative teaching methods and digital resources to make lessons interactive.
Provide individual attention and academic support to students where required.
Participate in staff meetings, academic planning, and school activities.




Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom setting.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Geography or a relevant subject.
B.Ed. is preferred/required.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an ICSE school.
Solid knowledge of the ICSE Class 9 & 10 Geography syllabus.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Experience in ICSE Board examination preparation will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates with prior ICSE teaching experience will be given preference.
Should be passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
Should be able to join at short notice.
