SALES MANAGER :

We are Hiring an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Automobile Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify prospects and threats.
Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and objectives.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Monitor sales team performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ Years of Experience as a Sales Manager in the Automobile Industry.
Robust understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and industry trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
