We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B / Field Sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new B2B leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
Identify and approach potential business clients.
Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular sales reports and update CRM records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on boarding.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Candidates with a proven B2B sales track record will be preferred.
