Position: Bartender
Department: Food & Beverage Service
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Prepare cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages.
Ensure proper presentation, garnishing, and quality of drinks.
Take beverage orders and provide excellent guest service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
Monitor and maintain bar stock, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
Follow proper pouring and portion-control standards to minimize wastage.
Maintain accurate stock and consumption records.
Handle POS billing and cash/card transactions accurately.
Ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before service.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and applicable liquor regulations.
Coordinate with the F&B; Service and Kitchen teams for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.




Assist with bar opening and closing procedures.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, pub, or bar.
Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and bar operations.
Knowledge of standard drink recipes and measurements.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Basic POS and billing knowledge.
Valuable knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Versatile to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
