We are looking for a Bell Boy who is passionate about guest service and ready to be a key part of our Front Office team.

As the first point of contact for many of our guests, you will play an key role in delivering a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and assist with their luggage.
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
Support the Front Office team during check-in and check-out.
Ensure proper handling, tagging, and delivery of guest luggage.
Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management background preferred)
0–2 years of experience in hospitality (Freshers may apply)




Positive communication skills and pleasant personality
Service-oriented attitude and willingness to assist guests
Candidates from Mumbai preferred
