Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily welding operations and manpower.
Ensure welding work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor weld quality and coordinate with the QC team for inspections.
Maintain production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of welding machines and equipment.
Enforce safety procedures and workplace discipline.
Train and guide welders on welding techniques and quality requirements.
Identify welding defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain production and welding records.
Coordinate with Production, QC, and Planning departments for smooth workflow.

Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.




3–8 years of experience in welding supervision.
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, and other welding processes.
Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with quality and safety standards.

Preferred Skills
Solid problem-solving ability.
Positive communication and reporting skills.
Experience in fabrication and heavy engineering industries.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
