Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, making charges, offers, and schemes clearly.
Demonstrate jewellery products and assist customers in selecting the right items.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Generate recent leads and follow up with existing customers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Coordinate with the billing, inventory, and showroom teams for smooth transactions.
Maintain proper product presentation and showroom standards.
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up records.
Stay updated on recent products, offers, and jewellery trends.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
