Key Responsibilities
Training & Development: Conducts induction for recent joiners, delivers ongoing training on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hospitality etiquette, and service sequences.
Product Knowledge & Quality: Ensures staff are knowledgeable about Products, price and shelf life details
Performance Enhancement: Identifies skill gaps through observation, conducts mock service sessions, and provides coaching to improve service efficiency.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintains training records, attendance, and feedback; updates training manuals and digital resources.
Operational Alignment: Collaborates with outlet managers and HR to align training with company goals and recent outlet openings.
Health & Safety: Ensures compliance with food safety, HACCP, and sanitation regulations.





Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Generally requires 3–5 years of experience as an F&B; Trainer, Service Trainer, or relevant hospitality role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conducting workshops and creating materials.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (PPT, Excel) and potentially a Learning Management System (LMS).
Knowledge: Robust understanding of QSR, casual, or fine dining service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
