Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented GRN (Goods Receipt Note) Entry Staff to join our team in Palarivattom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording goods received, maintaining inventory records, and supporting day-to-day warehouse and store operations. Freshers with basic computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Enter Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) accurately into the system.
Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse, and accounts teams.
Prepare and maintain GRN-related documentation.




Report any discrepancies in received goods.
Ensure timely and error-free data entry.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and data entry).
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team.
