HR Intern

Location: Kharadi, Pune – World Trade Center (WTC)

Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: General Shift
Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is a outstanding chance for someone who is interested in building a career in HR and wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and other HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with creating and posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with candidate follow-ups and interview scheduling.
Support onboarding activities and help prepare new-joiner documentation.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with organizing and maintaining confidential HR documents.
Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries.
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and events.
Research HR trends and industry best practices.




Participate in HR team meetings and collaborate with different departments on HR initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For
Students or recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Comfortable working in an onsite environment.
Prior HR/recruitment internship or relevant experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome to apply.
