Key Responsibilities
Guest & Reception Management
Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting and assisting all incoming visitors.
Manage front-desk security compliance, including visitor check-ins and pass audits.
Maintain a pristine, organized, and professional reception lobby.
Communication & Correspondence
Direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and handle general email inquiries.
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and official correspondence.
Scheduling & Daily Operations
Oversee meeting room reservations and coordinate office calendars.
Monitor and restock office stationery, inventory, and essential supplies.
Coordinate hospitality arrangements,
including refreshments and lunches for guests.
Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
