We are looking for a qualified and experienced Physics Junior Lecturer (JL) to join our institution on a full-time basis. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience and a strong passion for teaching Physics in a simple, engaging, and concept-oriented manner.

The lecturer should have experience teaching the State Board syllabus and preparing students for NEET and other competitive entrance examinations.

Responsibilities
Teach Physics for Intermediate, NEET, and other entrance examinations.
Teach Physics according to the State Board syllabus.
Explain concepts clearly with a strong focus on fundamentals and problem-solving.
Conduct regular tests and evaluate students' performance.
Create an engaging and disciplined classroom environment.





Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
Experience in Intermediate/Junior College teaching preferred.
Robust subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
