Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support client onboarding, user access management, documentation, and operational activities. The role will help ensure smooth onboarding and productive platform operations.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage client accounts.
Provide and update user access.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and feature guides.
Track onboarding activities and maintain records.
Coordinate with internal teams for client support.
Assist in feature validation and UAT testing.

Required Skills
Positive communication and documentation skills.
Solid attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Quick learner with basic technical aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed BBA, BCOM, BCA
Prior internship experience in operations, documentation, or customer support is preferred.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
