Architect – Job DescriptionPosition Summary

The Architect is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial building projects. The role involves creating architectural designs, preparing drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed construction drawings.

Prepare presentations, 2D drawings, 3D models, and project documentation.

Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC engineers.

Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable building practices, and new construction technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Qualified Architect registration/license (if required by local regulations).
0–8 years of experience in architectural design and construction projects (adjust as needed).
