We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team in the EV Charging and Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer communication, lead follow-up, client support, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Provide product and service information to prospective customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutio Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service will be preferred.
Required Skills
Fluent communication in English, and Malayalam.
Robust interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Positive telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
