Job Summary

We are hiring a Garment Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in a garment manufacturing unit. The role is responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily line production against order targets.
Allocate operators and balance the production line for effective output.
Ensure garments meet quality standards before moving to the next process.
Coordinate with cutting, stitching and finishing sections.
Track efficiency, rejection rates and productivity of the production line.




Train new operators on machine handling and production processes.
Maintain daily production and attendance records.
Report production status and operational issues to the production manager.

Requirements
Diploma in Apparel/Fashion Technology or equivalent shop-floor experience.
3–6 years of experience supervising a stitching or production line in a garment unit.
Knowledge of garment construction and line-balancing techniques.
Ability to train and manage machine operators.
Valuable communication skills in Tamil; basic English preferred.
Familiarity with production tracking registers or software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
