Designation: Service Technician - Solar

Location: Ernakulam

Salary: 15,000 - 30,000

Key Responsibilities
Perform inspection, maintenance, and servicing of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
Diagnose and rectify faults in solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other electrical components.
Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues within the specified turnaround time.
Conduct preventive maintenance as per the service schedule.
Install, replace, and commission solar system components when required.
Monitor system performance and identify prospects for performance improvement.
Maintain accurate service reports, inspection records, and customer visit logs.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company SOPs.
Coordinate with the Operations and Technical teams for complex service issues.
Educate customers on proper system usage and routine maintenance.
Report recurring technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and service materials in good condition.
Travel to customer sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
