Inventant Education is a leading education company dedicated to transforming K-12 learning through creative educational solutions, school books, AI, Robotics, and future-ready learning programs. We are looking for an experienced sales leader to drive business growth across the NCR region.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, and surrounding NCR territories.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with school principals, management, and key decision-makers.
Appoint, manage, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
Expand the company's presence in CBSE, ICSE, and private schools.
Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance.
Identify new business opportunities and institutional partnerships.




Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for product launches and promotional activities.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regional business plans.

Required Qualifications
Graduate; MBA preferred.
5–10 years of experience in Educational Publishing or School Book Sales.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
Robust network with schools across NCR.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the region.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
