Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Explain basic features and advantages.
Collect customer details and update CRM.
Transfer qualified customers to the senior sales/demo team.
Maintain qualified communication and call quality.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.
Customer-service-oriented attitude.
Freshers can apply.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹10,469.70 - ₹15,000.00 per month
