Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, managing teams, and achieving operational and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the entire resort
Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and Guest Relations departments
Ensure high standards of guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety
Manage and motivate department heads and operational teams
Monitor occupancy, room revenue, F&B; revenue, and overall resort performance
Handle VIP guests, special requests, feedback, and complaints
Develop strategies to improve guest satisfaction and repeat business
Monitor operational expenses, budgets, inventory, and cost control
Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to drive bookings and revenue
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, statutory requirements, and safety standards
Conduct regular operational meetings and review departmental KPIs
Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance updates
Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth procurement and maintenance operations

Skills Required:




Solid resort and hospitality operations knowledge
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong guest relations and problem-solving abilities
Good knowledge of hotel revenue and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making and operational planning skills
Proficiency in PMS and MS Office

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
8–15 years of experience in hotel/resort operations
Previous experience as Resort Manager / Operations Manager / Hotel Manager preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in luxury resorts, boutique resorts, destination properties, villas, or leisure hotels
Solid exposure to F&B;, guest relations, housekeeping, front office, revenue management, and resort operations
Experience handling large teams and premium/VIP clientele is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
