JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: SAFETY MANAGER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety protocols at all project and AV installation sites.

 Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.

 Ensure protected practices during high-risk tasks such as electrical work, equipment mounting, and cable management.

 Lead safety training, inductions, and toolbox talks for engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

 Monitor use of PPE and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.

 Coordinate with project managers and site leads to integrate safety planning into daily operations.

 Stay updated with local safety regulations and industry best practices relevant to infrastructure and AV work.





 Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness programs and regular engagement with teams.

 Ensure readiness for client or third-party safety audits and inspections.

REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering/Industrial Safety or related field.

 Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety role within the infrastructure or construction industry.

 Certification in NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred.

 Robust knowledge of occupational safety regulations and construction site practices.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,310.83 - ₹35,000.00 per month
