Create monthly and quarterly content plans.
Align campaigns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Identify prospects to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Planning & Publishing
Prepare social media content calendars.
Coordinate content creation with graphic designers and content writers.
Publish and schedule posts across social media platforms.
Ensure content consistency and quality.

Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, and user interactions.
Respond to customer queries and engagement requests.
Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
Build and maintain positive online communities.

Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand identity across platforms.
Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment.
Protect and strengthen brand reputation.
Support online reputation management initiatives.

Campaign Coordination
Coordinate organic social media campaigns.
Support paid campaign creatives in collaboration with the PPC Specialist.
Work with the SEO Specialist to align content with SEO objectives.




Coordinate with development teams for campaign landing pages when required.

Performance Monitoring
Monitor engagement and reach.
Analyze audience behavior.
Track campaign performance.
Recommend improvements based on performance data.

Maintain and update:
Content calendars
Publishing schedules
Campaign reports
Engagement reports
Monthly performance reports
Competitor analysis reports
