Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities to ensure effective clinic operations and high-quality patient care.
Assess, plan, implement, and monitor patient care while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.
Lead, guide, and support nursing staff, including duty allocation, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient management and continuity of care.
Maintain accurate patient records, nursing documentation, and compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and clinic requirements.
Monitor and manage medical supplies, medications, and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance
Handle patient concerns, emergencies, and clinical incidents promptly, ensuring appropriate escalation, documentation, and resolution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
