ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager at Ecosoch, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and oversee end-to-end project delivery
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership
Ensure quality standards are met across all deliverables
Drive continuous improvement in project processes

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager (X+ years)
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
