About the Role
The Operations Manager makes sure every sold tour is delivered smoothly, end to end. You will run day-to-day operations — coordinating suppliers and DMCs, executing tour files, managing bookings, and ensuring every traveller's trip runs without problems. You will work closely with, and learn from, our General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Execute tour files once a sale is confirmed — bookings, itineraries, and confirmations.
Coordinate with DMCs, suppliers, hotels, and transport partners.
Track vendor payments and deadlines.
Find and implement b2b deals.
Find recent opportunities.
Maintain quality control across every booking and trip.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly.
Build and maintain operational SOPs and process documentation.
Supervise the Operations Executive.




Document your key processes so company knowledge is retained and systemised.
Report directly to the General Manager.

Note: This role is focused purely on operations. It does not include HR or payroll duties.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience in operations (travel industry experience strongly preferred).
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with suppliers, vendors, and booking systems.
Positive communication and attention to detail.
Fluency in English and Malayalam.
Graduate preferred.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month
Mentorship from an experienced travel-industry General Manager.
