Aquaneeta Industries is looking for an energetic, result-oriented, and experienced qualified to join our growing team as Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing.

We are seeking candidates with strong B2B sales experience, leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth across North Kerala markets.

Job Role

Deputy Manager – Sales & Marketing

Qualification
MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
Experience in Consumer Durables / Home Appliances / Kitchen Appliances / Small Appliances industry preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the sales team across regions from Thrissur to Kasaragod
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to improve business performance
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key channel partners
Handle major distributors and important business accounts
Identify new market opportunities and expand dealer/distributor network
Coordinate with management to implement business growth initiatives




Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Ensure proper reporting, sales planning, and team coordination

Candidate Requirements
Strong leadership and team handling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Willingness to travel across assigned territories
Good market knowledge and distributor management experience
Age: 25 – 45 years

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
