HR Intern

Location: Pune
Duration: 2 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000–₹7,000/month

Key Responsibilities
Assist in candidate sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in HR documentation and daily HR activities.
Support the team in recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Requirements
Graduate/MBA/PGDM student in HR or related field.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
Freshers are welcome.

Chance: Practical exposure to recruitment and HR operations, with potential for a full time opportunity based on performance.

Pay: From ₹8,086.00 per month
