We’re looking for an ORM (Online Reputation Management) Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer reviews, comments, and messages across social media and online platforms.
Respond to customer feedback professionally and promptly.
Handle negative reviews and customer concerns with the right approach.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations.
Maintain a positive brand image across digital platforms.
Track online feedback, recurring concerns, and reputation trends.
Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and ORM performance.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in ORM, customer support, social media, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication skills in English.




Robust problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Reviews, and other digital platforms.
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month
Employment: Full time
