Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant - (ATS ID - 36394)
Experience: 5+ Years (Relevant)
Mandatory Skills:
Deep expertise in US Federal, State, and Local Payroll regulations.
Hands-on experience in Earnings, Deductions, Tax Configuration, Payroll Costing, Payroll Elements, and Validation/Reconciliation.
Mandatory: Proven experience in writing and configuring Rapid Formulas.
Ability to handle payroll calculations, retro pay, year-end activities, and production support.
Integration experience with Core HR, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
Preferred: Oracle Payroll Certification.

Night shift availability is non-negotiable.
Candidates must possess strong client-facing communication skills and experience working in a global delivery workplace.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
