About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Shift Manager / Outlet Manager with experience in café or cloud-kitchen operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, team performance, online orders, customer experience, inventory, and outlet profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day outlet/shift operations.
Lead, train, and supervise the outlet team.
Manage orders received through online food aggregators and ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Monitor order acceptance, preparation time, cancellations, complaints, and customer ratings.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, grooming, safety, and SOP compliance.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily consumption.
Handle POS, cash management, opening/closing procedures, and shift handovers.
Coordinate with kitchen, stores, purchase, delivery partners, and central operations.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor daily sales, food cost,



wastage, and operational KPIs.
Ensure outlet cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and brand standards.
Prepare daily reports and highlight operational issues to management.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in F&B; operations.
Mandatory experience in a café, cloud kitchen, QSR, or similar F&B; setup.
Robust knowledge of online food aggregators and delivery operations.
Positive understanding of POS systems, order management, inventory, and cash handling.
Good spoken English and strong communication skills are mandatory.
Robust team-handling and leadership abilities.
Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume F&B; environment.
Hotel Management/F&B; qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
