Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
Generate sales through effective client handling and follow-ups.
Assist team members in site visits and deal closures.
Develop sales strategies to improve team performance.
Ensure timely reporting and CRM updates.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of total experience in Real Estate Sales.




Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
