Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote company products/services.
Corporate Sales / Hospital Sales
Understand customer needs and requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to handle objections confidently.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Follow up with clients via phone/email/WhatsApp to build long-term relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/database.
Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams for product/service improvement.
