Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Media preferred)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms

Job Summary

The social media & Marketing Executive will manage the firm’s social media presence and execute free / organic marketing activities to improve brand visibility, engagement, and reach. This role does not involve paid advertisements, campaigns, or promotions.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Handling (Organic)
Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Create captions, hashtags, stories, reels, and basic creatives
Schedule posts and maintain content consistency
Reply to comments and messages professionally
Free / Organic Marketing Activities
Promote brand through organic social media growth
Participate in relevant online groups, communities, and forums
Do page engagement, collaborations, and cross-posting




Use trending topics and formats to increase reach (no paid boosts)

Content & Branding
Assist in planning monthly content calendars
Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva
Ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent
Monitoring & Reporting
Track engagement, follower growth, and reach
Prepare easy weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements for better organic growth

What This Role Does NOT Include

Paid advertisements, Marketing campaigns, Google Ads / Meta Ads, Influencer paid promotions.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
