ACME Engineering Industries is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad.
Position
Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documents
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate order processing and dispatches
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Follow up on pending payments and deliveries
Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams
Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back Office
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English – written and spoken
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & email communication
Organized, proactive, and valuable at follow-ups
Experience in engineering/manufacturing/B2B industry will be an advantage
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Based on experience and skills
Location: Ahmedabad
