Job Role and Responsibilities

The Associate oversees audit engagements, from planning to completion, by:
Ensure value addition to the client and excellence in every assignment.
Ensure that all the assignments are within the ICAI’s Code of Ethics and the Firm’s Ethics/value framework.
Maintain requisite working papers and detailed notes.
Always keep your knowledge up to date and conduct Seminars/trainings for clients/articles and managers as and when required.
Participate/assist in the LLP level initiatives that may be assigned to you.
Stay beyond working hours whenever required due to exigencies of work and whenever called for.
Inform the Reporting Partner / Senior Manager / Reporting manager of all the critical/key issues regarding the clients you are managing.
Inform the reporting partner of any recent assignments or opportunities that you may come across in Clients you are auditing or at current / prospective clients.
Build a healthy relationship with clients and PGB LLP colleagues.
Manage the audits / assignments allotted end to end (audit planning till audit committee presentation), includes preparation of reports & documentation
